SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52196
This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 ("Second
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("FORT WORTH"), a municipal
corporation, and Granicus, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company("CONSULTANT").
WHEREAS, FORT WORTH and CONSULTANT entered into an Agreement identified
as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52196 beginning April 15, 2019 (the "Agreement");
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended on or about June 28, 2019, to add hardware,
software and maintenance to existing video streaming services in the amount of $9,515.00,
increase the amount of video streaming services to $38,357.24 through June 30, 2020; and
WHEREAS, FORT WORTH wishes to subscribe to additional services of
CONSULTANT; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both FORT WORTH and CONSULTANT to
amend the Agreement to include additional hardware and software to upgrade the current video
streaming system.
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT, FORT WORTH and
CONSULTANT,acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives,enter into this
First Amendment,which amends the Agreement as follows:
1.
The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhibit C, attached to this Second
Amendment, as Exhibit C of the Agreement for Legistar Training Database subscription services
at a cost not to exceed $1,637.10 through April 26, 2020.
2.
The total amount of City Secretary Contract(CSC) 52196 as amended,will not exceed
$39,994.34 through June 20, 2020,with three remaining options to renew.
3.
This Amendment will be effective on the signing of the Assistant City Manager.
4.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
