FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51413
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND RIGHT OF WAY
MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
CIVILIAN DIVISION LLC DBA GI-MOW
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 51413
("First Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH
("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and CIVILIAN DIVISION LLC dba GI-MOW
("Contractor"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by and through its duly authorized
representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and right of
way maintenance services agreement, City Secretary Contract Number 51413 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for a primary term of one year, with four (4)
subsequent one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS, the primary term expires on October 7, 2019;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the Agreement for a portion of the first one-year
renewal term, from October 8,2019 to November 30, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the
Agreement for a portion of the first renewal term as follows:
I.
1. The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement effective
beginning on October 8, 2019 and ending on November 30, 2019 ("First Renewal Term").
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect except as specifically set forth in this First Renewal.
2. All terms of this First Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the
meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
