SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.47163
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation,
acting herein by and through Dana Burghdoff, its duly authorized Interim Assistant City
Manager, and Parkmobile, LLC ("Consultant" or "Contractor" or "Parkmobile"), acting herein
through Hank Vanjaria,its duly authorized Chief Financial Officer.
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 47163 for a period of one year beginning October 14, 2015
("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement was renewed for additional one-year renewals, October 14,
2016, through October 13, 2017; October 14, 2017 through October 13, 2018; and October 14,
2018, through October 13,2019;
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile desire to extend the term of the Agreement for six
months to allow City to complete competitive procurement for continued services beyond this
Amendment;
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile anticipate Parkmobile's revenue under this Renewal
Term will not exceed $50,000.00, and no City funds are paid to Parkmobile under the
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Parkmobile to amend the
Agreement to extend the Agreement through April 13,2020;
NOW THEREFORE,KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 47163 is hereby amended effective on October 13,2019,
by extending the Agreement for one additional six month period beginning on October 14, 2019,
and expiring on April 13, 2020 (also known as "Renewal Term"), on the same terms and
conditions contained in the Agreement.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
