FIRST RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
INVITATION TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52307
This First Renewal and Amendment is entered into by and between the City of Fort
Worth(hereafter"City"),a Texas home-rule municipal corporation,acting by and through Valerie
Washington, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and I.G.H. ENTERPRISES,
LLC(hereafter "Contractor"), an limited liability company, acting by and through Jason Suarez,
its duly authorized Owner, each individually referred to herein as a "party" and collectively
referred to as the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties have previously agreed to the terms and conditions as set forth in
City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52307 (the "Contract") effective May 8, 2019 and
expiring September 30, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Contract is for the purposes of providing mowing and grounds
maintenance services of private properties within the City; and
WHEREAS,the Contract and five options to renew were approved by the Fort Worth City
Council on May 7, 2019 by M&C P-12324; and
WHEREAS, the Contract and M&C P-12324 authorized an aggregate amount of up to
$450,000.00 per year for contracts awarded for the services; and
WHEREAS, City staff has determined that it is necessary to increase the quantity of work
to be performed under the Contract; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor now wish to amend the Contract to allow for an
annual contract amount not to exceed $450,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor now wish to evidence the parties intention to renew
the Contract for its first renewal term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement to renew and amend the contract:

City shall pay Contractor in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Exhibit
B — Price Schedule. Total payment made under this Agreem,-nt for the Initial Term and any
renewal term by City shall not exceed Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars($450,000.00)
per year. Contractor shall not perform any additional services or bill for expenses incurred for
City not specified by this Agreement unless City requests and approves in writing the additional
costs for such services. City shall not be liable for any additional expenses of Contractor not
specified by this Agreement unless City first approves such expenses in writing.
2. RENEWAL
This Renewal and Amendment shall serve as notice that the City and Contractor agree to
renew the Contract for an additional one-year period, which will expire on September 30, 2020.

All other provisions of the Contract which are not expre,:sly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
