IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS CHANGE ORDER,THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:
Provide asbestos inspections and project oversight required by state law for a project involving asbestos abatement and demolition of 10 residential
structures and 5 commercial structures.In order to utilize available federal funds,this project must be completed by March 31,2009(also the expiration
date for the current contract).
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents
payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of or incidental to,the above Change Order.
