RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51347
This RENEWAL OF FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51347
("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting herein by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and Solutions for Local Control, LLC, a Texas limited
liability company ("Consultant"), acting herein by and through its duly authorized President.
The City and Consultant are individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as
the "parties."
WHEREAS, City and Consultant are currently parties to a contract for consulting
services, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 51347 (the"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for an Initial Term of one year and up to two
renewal periods of one year each; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew the Agreement for a first renewal period,
commencing October 1, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Fort Worth and Consultant do mutually covenant and agree

All terms and provisions of City Secretary Contract No. 51347 shall remain in full force
and effect throughout the first renewal period except as specifically amended herein.
