Amendment No. 03 to the Agreement
Part I - Identification of the Project
TO: The City of Fort XA�orth, Texas
FROM: The State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation
The City of Fort Worth, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," and the Texas
Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State," have entered into an Airport
Project Participation Agreement TxDOT CS.I Number 0602SPINK. executed by the Sponsor on
June 20, 2006, and by the State on .tune 26, 2006, for the development of the Fort Worth Spinks
Airport, hereinafter referred to as the "Airport".
The project is described as engineering/design services to: reconstruct portion of taxiway
C, reconstruct taxiway T-2 with drainage culvert, construct taxiway T-3 with drainage culvert;
and install culvert on Wildcat Way North road and reconstruct portion of road at the Fort Worth
Spinks Airport.
It is in the mutual interest of the Sponsor and the State to increase the grant by $8.487 for
the revision of the apron grading due to hangar construction. This is 100% local cost.
Part II - Ofler of Financial Assistance, as changed by Amendment No. 02 estimates total
proJect costs to be $195.649: and financial assistance is currently limited to $167237 in federal
funds and S30,413 in local sponsor funds and $27,120 is eligible for 50% federal and 50% local.
The following amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement shall become
effective upon execution of this Amendment by the Sponsor and the State.
The Airport Project Participation Agreement is amended as follows:
1. On Part 11. Item No. 2 of the Agreement, change Amount A, estimated total design costs,
and ,my further references in the Agreement to Amount A, to S204,136.

2. On Part 1I, Item No. 2 of the Agreement, change Amount B, estimated design
costs eligible for federal financial assistance, and any further references in the Agreement to
Amount B, to $195,649. $154,880 is eligible for 90% federal and 10% local and $27,120 is
eligible for 50% federal and 50% local.
3. On Part 11, Item 3 of the Agreement, change Amount D, the maximum obligation of the
United States payable under this offer, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount D,
to $167,237.
4. On Part I1, Item 4 of the Agreement, change Amount E, Sponsor's share of the estimated
design costs, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount E, to $38,900.
All other terms and conditions of the agreement are unchanged and remain in full force
and effect.
This Amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement between the City of Fort
Worth. 'Texas, and the Texas Department ot-Transportation is mutually agreed to and accepted.
