This Change Order authorized by the attached memorandum of September 26, 2019 which supplement
the October 17, 2018 emergency memorandum-resulting in City Secretary Contract No. 51521 with
Humphrey& Morton Construction Company, Inc.for emergency services to install vertical tiebacks and
extra depth piers that would act as the foundation for a rock gabion basket reinforced channel slope.
The change order will provide additional funding for construction of the slope protection wall as
described in the attached supplement memorandum dated September 26, 2019.
