Home My WebLink AboutContract 51342-A2 (;ITY SECRETARY WTRgCT NO. 51 34a Aa SECOND AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51342 This second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 51342 ("Second Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth"), a municipal corporation and HelpSystems, LLC (HelpSystems), acting herein through Kyle Hofmann, its duly authorized General Counsel. WHEREAS, Fort Worth and HelpSystems entered into an agreement for maintenance, support, professional services and software licensing, identified as Fort Worth City Secretary No. 51342 ("Agreement"), for the period of January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Agreement was amended to add the base system, at a cost of$17,368.56, bringing the total cost of the Agreement to $40,197.56; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and HelpSystems to amend the Agreement by adding an additional $13,442.82 to increase funding to cover $35,030.00 in enhancements for the iSeries, in addition to the iSeries maintenance and support cost of $18,610.38, these two amounts totaling $53,640.38, NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENT: The following additional Products are hereby included under the Agreement: R�C,pIVED JAN 17 2020 C/Tyorro,vr 1/1 C1NsECRErR �AY I OFFICIAL RECORU CITY SECRETARY FT.
