68 L 9 5 This First Amendment and Renewal to Fort Worth Sole Source Contract No. 18-
00433804 ("First Amendment and Renewal") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Folt
Worth"),a municipal corporation and IT Nexus, Inc.a Texas corporation("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
Sole Source Contract No. 18-00433804 beginning September 24,2018(the"Agreement");and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the
Agreement to clarify the effective date of the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Parties also wish to evidence the Parties' intention to renew the
Agreement for its first renewal term; and
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor,acting herein
by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend
the Agreement as follows:
1. TERM
It is the parties' intent to replace section 3.1 included in the Agreement with the following:
3.1 The term of this Agreement shall commence on September 24, 2018 and shall
expire one year thereafter unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
2. RENEWAL
This Amendment and Renewal shall serve as notice that the Parties mutually agree to
renew the Agreement for an additional one-year period, which will expire on September 23,
2020.
3.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
