This Addendum shall attach to the Software License Agreement between Ungerboeck Systems
International, Inc. (USI) and _City of Fort Worth/Public Events Department (CLIENT) dated
March 29, 2000
In the event of a conflict between the two documents,this addendum shall prevail. All other terms and
conditions apply.
WHEREAS, the Software License Agreement dated March 29, 2000 (the "Agreement) granted a CLIENT a
license for 32 users, and
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in November 2008 to add 3 users and the Food Services module to
the Agreement, and
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in November 2011 to add 16 view only CVB users to the Agreement,
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in August 2014 to grant CLIENT a license for 19 user of the Mobile
License Bundle to the Agreement,
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in June 2015 to grant CLIENT a license for 1 user of the Mobile
License Bundle to the Agreement,
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in January 2018 to remove 7 users from the Mobile License Bundle
to the Agreement,
WHEREAS, an Addendum was added in August 2018 to grant CLIENT a license for the Dashboards Module
to the Agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, CLIENT and Ungerboeck Systems International, Inc. have agreed to renew all
contracted products and services listed above annually at fees negotiated between CLIENT and USI based
on the initial contract terms detailed in CSC 25729 or until CLIENT determines not to renew any services.
CLIENT and Ungerboeck Systems International, Inc. agree that each has read this Agreement, understands
it, and agrees to be bound by it.
