14 GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT

LAWN PATROL SERVICE INC.
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 52041
("First Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH
("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and LAWN PATROL SERVICE INC. ("Contractor"), a
Texas corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, City Secretary Contract Number 52041 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for a primary term of one year, with four (4)
subsequent one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS, the Agreement expires on March 4, 2020;
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor desire to extend the Agreement for a portion of the
first renewal term;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the
Agreement for a portion of the first renewal term as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for a portion of the
first renewal term effective beginning on March 5, 2020 and ending on November 30, 2020
("First Renewal Term").
H.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect except as specifically set forth in this First Renewal.
2. All terms of this First Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the
meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.

effective on March 5, 2020.
