FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 53493
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PFM GROUP CONSULTING,LLC
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 53493 ("Amendment") is made and entered into by and between the
City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas,
acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and PFM Group
Consulting LLC ("Vendor"), a Delaware limited liability company. City and Vendor
may each be individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the
"parties.
WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Vendor Services Agreement for Vendor to
provide an organizational assessment of and recommendations regarding the City's
payroll operations, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 53493
("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, following execution of the Agreement, the parties realized the
Expiration Date was erroneously defined as March I, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to correct the Expiration
Date.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do mutually covenant and agree as follows:
1. That Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 53493 is hereby amended to delete
Section 2, "Term,"in its entirety and to add a corrected Section 2 to read as follows:
2. Term. This Agreement shall begin on the date signed by the Assistant
City Manager below ("Effective Date") and shall expire on April 30, 2020
("Expiration Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this
Agreement ("Initial Term"). City shall have the option, in its sole discretion,
to extend this Agreement under the same terms and conditions for up to 180
days.

53493 that are not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect throughout the
term of the Agreement and any renewal thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment in multiples
on the dates indicate below.
