effective as of July 23,2019 and will end on July 22,2020.All other terms and conditions of CSC No. 51103 remain unchanged. Please
return this signed acknowledgement letter, recognizing this first renewal of CSC No. 51103,along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate,to the address set forth below.
