CITY SECRETARY SECOND.RENEWAL OF MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT- I
MINERAL LEASE MANAGEMENT,DEPOSITORY,AND TRUST SERVICES
This SECOND RENEWAL OF AND AMENDMENT TO MASTER SERVICES
AGREEMENT - MINERAL LEASE MANAGEMENT, DEPOSITORY; AND TRUST
SERVICES ("Renewal")' is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH (tho "City") and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL.ASSOCIATION ("Wells
Fargo').
RECITALS.-
WHEREAS the City and Wells Fargo entered into and executed a Master Services
Agreement--.Mineral Lease Management,Depository, aad Trust.Services, the same being Fort.
Worth City Secretary Contract No.45281.(the"Agreement");.and
WHEREAS,,the Agreement provides.for an initial.term of fiye years and two, two-year
renewal options; and

WHEREAS, in 20.18,in connection with the-first renewal of-the Agreement, the parties }
agreed to amend the contract and-add language required under Texas law and addressing-boycotts
of Israel by contracting entities, that renewal and amendment be- Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No,45281'R1A1;and #

WHEREAS,the current renewal expires on April 13;2020; arid-
WHEREAS, the parties wish to. renew and extent:-the.Agreement, as amended, for a �
second two-year renewal period.
NOW,THEREFORE,'the:City and Wells Fargo do:hereby agree as follows:-

That Pursuant to Article ICI,"Term;"Wells Fargo-and the City of Fort Worth hereby.xenew
and extend.Fort Worth:City Secretary Contract N'o.45281,as amended by Fort Worth City
Secretary ConiraetNo.45281.R1A1,for an additional-.periodoftwo years,beginning April
14,2020,and ending:April 15,2022.

That-this Renewal may- lie executed in several counterparts, each of which will be.deemed
an original, but all of which--together will -constitute one and the same instrument. A
signature received via facsimile or.electronically via:email shall die as.legally binding for

That all provisions of the Agreement, as amended, not expressly amended-herein.shall
.remain in full and effect throughout,the second renewal period.
