Amendment to Property Disposition Services Agreement
This amendment pertains to Property Disposition Semites Agreement, City of
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 37419, entered into by the City of Fort
Worth/Fort Worth Police Department and PropertyRoom.com, Inc., and dated August 6,
2008 (the "Agreement"). In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the main
body of the Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment will govern.
Section 49 entitled "Term and Termination" of the above referenced Property Disposition
Services Agreement is amended to state as follows:
4. Term and Termination.
a. This Agreement will become effective as of November 5, 2008, will
continue for a term of 120 days, and thereafter will automatically renew
for consecutive one (1) year terms unless written notice of non -renewal is
provided by either party to the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the
expiration of the then current term.
The terms of this amendment are intended to take effect beginning on November 5, 2008.
