AMENDMENT NO.1
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.36911
PLUMBING INSPECTION AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 36911,
PLUMBING INSPECTION AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF
FORT WORTH, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas located within
Tarrant, Denton, and Wise Counties, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "City'), and Building
Code Consulting Services, the approved third -party company employing licensed plumbing
inspectors (hereinafter referred to as the "Third Party Company").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Building Code Consulting Services
"Third Party Company") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 36911 (the
"Agreement") authorized by City Council via M&C C-22488 on March 27, 2008 ; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement involves plumbing inspection services provided by Third Party
Company; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said Agreement to
revise Exhibit "B" to revise the list of employed or contracted Plumbing Inspectors in accordance
with section 5.04 of the Agreement.
NOW TIIEREFORE, City and Third Party Company, acting herein by and through their
duly authorized representatives, enter into the following that amends the Agreement:
1.
In accordance with section 5.04 of the Agreement, Exhibit "B" is hereby replaced with the
Exhibit "B 1"attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2.
Section 5.04 is amended to provide that any amendment to the list of employed or

contracted employees of the Third Parry Company shall be attached and incorporated into the
Agreement as Exhibit `B" and each amendment to Exhibit "B" to be numbered sequentially (131,
32, etc.), dated and signed by the Third Party Company.
3.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect
