understand that the provision of water by the City of Fort Worth shall be made in strict compliance with
Chapter 35 of the Fort Worth City Code (1986), as amended, specifically but not limited to the following
Sections:
1. City Code Section 35-60 "Uses Outside CitNi' as applicable; and
2. City Code Section 35-20 "Provisions Incorporated into Consumer Contracts".
"All of the provisions of this Chapter [35] shall be deemed to be incorporated in every contract
between the city and its water or sanitary sewerage service customers, and each customer or
consumer shall be charged with knowledge of the provisions of this chapter and, by applying for
and accepting water or sanitary sewerage service from the city, to have assented to the
provisions of this chapter. This shall include any and all ordinances adopted and amending
Chapter 35 such as ARTICLE VI. LAWN AND LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION CONSERVATION.
I understand that by making this application, I am entering into a contractual agreement with the City of
Fort Worth and hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I certify that I am authorized to

HEARING:
Authorize the Provision of Sewer Service at 1.25 Times the Retail Rate to Mr. William
Turrentine to Serve the Property Located at 9805 Creekside Drive, West of FM 2871 and
South of Creekside, in Tarrant County, Outside of the Fort Worth City Limits Pursuant to
City Code Section 35-60B "Uses Outside City"
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize the Water Department to provide sewer service at 1.25 times the retail rate to Mr. William
Turrentine for the property located at 9805 Creekside Drive, west of FM 2871 and South of Creekside;
and
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for such services.
DISCUSSION:
Mr. William Turrentine has submitted a request to receive sewer service from the City of Fort Worth for
the property at 9805 Creekside Drive.
The legal description of the property is 0.55 acres out of the Nancy Casteel Survey, Abstract 349, Tract
2B13, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Fort Worth inside Tarrant County (see attached
exhibit). This property is located inside the Fort Worth Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN)
12311.
Mr. William Turrentine has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The
applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers
inside the City of Fort Worth until such time as the property is annexed.
This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 3.
FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION:
The Finance Director certifies that the Water Department will be responsible for collection of funds due
to the City as a result of this agreement.
