("Leased Premises") (City Secretary Contract No. 37667, as renewed by City Secretary

Fort Worth Independent School District:
This letter will serve as notice of Tenant's intent to exercise the second option to renew
the Lease. The second renewal option will commence on April 1, 2011 and expire on
March 31, 2012, subject to all remaining renewals terms and other terms of the Lease.
