TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT N0.37664

WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Bloomberg Finance L.P. ("Consultant")
made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.37664 ("Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services to provide information, data,
software, and equipment; and
WHEREAS, the original term of the Contract expired on September 28, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew the term of the Contract and increase the total fee
to be paid by City for all work and services to an amount not exceed $22,800 for continued
services pursuant to the original Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
The Contract is hereby renewed for the first of two options to renewal with the new term
to expire September 27, 2011, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Contract.
2.
The Contract is hereby amended to increase the monthly unit price for services to $1,900
to pay the Consultant for all work and services under the Contract, as amended,-so-chat-t P total
fee to be paid by City to Consultant shall be $22,800. The price does not include fees for real-
time exchange data or other third -party data. Approval of the Fort Worth City Council is required
if the total amount of this Agreement exceeds $50,000,
3.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
