JUSTIFIQ, TION;f(REASONS)FFOR,CHANOURDER
The change order will provide additional time on the project for the time period it took Atmos Gas to relocate
existing gas mains that were in conflict with the project sewer mains. In addition,extra time was expended to
secure permission each time access was needed into Mecham Airport.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment
in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or Incidental to,the above Change Order.
