This Amendment is made and entered into by and bct►tieen the City of Fort Worth("City"),a
home rule municipal corporation.,acting by and through Jesus J.Chapa,its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager.and Law Enforcement Tratil i n Atrodates,far.("Contractor-k`Citp and Contractor may be
referred to collectively as the "parties"), acting by and through Mike Dernarcus, its duly authorized
Director.
WHEREAS.the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No.53661 (the`Contract').which was executed on Mamb 16.2020:and
WHEREAS.it is the collective desire of Citv and Contractor to amend the Contract by extending
the term of the Contract
NOW,THEREFORE.City and Contractor:acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives,enter into the following agreement to amend the Contract✓
1. That provision 2.0 entitled`Term"of the contract is hereby amended to read as follows:
a. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution of this Agreement,and
any associated written amendment^by both City and Conn actor and shall expire upon
the completion of the services to be provided by Contractor pursuant to subsection
1.0 and Exhibit A of this Agreement,unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
terms of this Agreement
The Terms of this Amendment are hereby incorporated into the Contract and supersede provision 2.0
Term`in the Contract.All other terms ofthe Conttaet shall rerttain in full force and effect.
