PERMANENT LOAN AGREEMENT
This PERMANENT LOAN AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into
by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("Lender"), a home rule municipal corporation
organized under the laws of the State of Texas acting by and through Joe Paniagua, its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and the CITY OF TRIER, GERMANY ("Recipient"),
acting by and through Mayor Klaus Jensen, its duly authorized agent.
In consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and obligations contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:
1. Property.
Lender agrees to permanently loan a Fort Worth Fire Department Helmet ("Property"),
more particularly described as follows:
Black Cairns 1010 Structural Firefighting Helmet with an attached
leather front numbered 1111.
2. TERM OF AGREEMENT.
This Agreement shall commence on the 6`f' day of October, 2008. This Agreement shall
remain in effect so long as Recipient retains possession of the Property. Should Recipient no
longer desire to retain the Property, it must be returned to the City of Fort Worth at the
following address:
