SUBJECT: REQUEST TO FILE TEMPORARY DOCUMENTATION TO CITY
SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 35192
BACKGROUND AND ACTION
On April 14, 2020, the City Secretary's Office received Renewal No. 3 to City Secretary Contract
No. 35192 from the Library. After research done by the Administrative Assistant it was discovered
that Renewal No. 1 was not on file. It was asked that the department provide Renewal No. 1.
Administrative Services Manager, Timothy Shidal, was unable to find an electronic copy. Due to the
circumstances the City is currently in with COVID-19 and the declaration to Stay Home, Stay Safe,
they are unable to look for the paper copy. This will serve as a place holder until the department can
return to the workplace and locate the paper copy, if possible.
