Denitech has reviewed the Terms and Conditions of the existing Copier Rental Agreement.
Effective November 23, 2013 the existing Copier Rental Agreement payment
will be as described below for a 1 month period expiring December 22, 2013. This agreement will
automatically expire on December 22, 2013 unless notice is received from the City of Fort Worth and all of the equipment
associated with Lease #900-0148977-000 has been removed from the City of Fort Worth.
Such notice must be received no later then December 15, 2013. This agreement will be renewed for successive
one month periods unless notice is received and all Denitech equipment included in Lease # 900-0148977-000

Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all of the terms and
