This First Addendum to City Secretary Contract Number 52998 ("First Addendum") is by and
between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting
by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Studio Six Art Conservation, LLC, a
single member LLC, ("Conservator") acting by and through Brad Smith, its authorized agent. The City
has designated the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County, Inc., to manage this Agreement on its
behalf.
WHEREAS, on October 29, 2019, the City and Conservator entered into a professional services
agreement whereby Conservator is to provide general maintenance, conservation, and consultation
services (the "Services") to the City for the City's art Collection, said contract being City Secretary
Contract("CSC")No. 52998 (the"Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement sets forth that the Services to be provided shall be based on the
annual Fort Worth Public Art work plan and on as as-needed basis in accordance with fully executed
addenda;
WHEREAS, this First Addendum sets forth the Services to be provided per the Agreement in
accordance with the terms therein; and
WHEREAS, City and Conservator wish to set out the Services to be provided per the Agreement
that will be specific to this First Addendum with the intent that further Services may be requested by City
through future addenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed, the parties
agree as follows:
1. Conservator shall perform regular maintenance and conservation treatment Services annually
and on an as-needed basis on the following artworks in the Collection pursuant to the terms
of the Agreement and any terms contained within this First Addendum:

e) Charles Tandy—Bronze,Tandy Hall,TCU,2900 Lubbock Avenue,Fort Worth,Texas 76109
f) Birth of Love—Bronze,Botanic Garden,3200 Botanic Garden Way,Fort Worth,Texas 76107
g) Bill Pickett, the First Bulldogger—Bronze,Cowtown Coliseum, 121 E Exchange Avenue,
Fort Worth,TX 76164
2. All terms and conditions of the Agreement not specifically addressedrreniaixl--if�t111
