APPENDIX B-6
In accordance with the Professional Services Agreement signed between Sentari
Technologies, Inc. ("Contractor") and the City of Fort Worth ("Client") on June 22, 2005,
City Secretary Contract (CSC) No. 32037, as amended by CSC No. 37231, collectively
the "Professional Services Agreement," Appendix B-6, is incorporated into the
Professional Services Agreement and hereby reads as follows.-
1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, unless
otherwise terminated in accordance with CSC No. 32037, as amended.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, CSC No. 32037, as amended, and
specifically the services to be provided under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
OUTSOURCING PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Working closely with an external advisory consultant and City Staff to
ensure a successful project to plan/evaluate the outsourcing of IT
infrastructure and operations support functions in all City departments
• Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is
delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
• Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is
progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
• Managing the overall schedule and budget to ensure work is assigned and
completed on time and within budget
• Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities as
necessary
• Effectively applying the City's methodology and enforcing project
standards
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored
appropriately

End Date: Upon completion of all services contemplated herein, unless otherwise
terminated in accordance with GSC No. 32037, as amended.
Payment Terms:
Payment Rate: $80.00 per hour
Due to the nature and the critical function of this position, Contractor shall not replace
the personnel assigned pursuant to this Appendix B-8 prior to completion of the services
contemplated herein without the City's prior written consent_ In the event the assigned
personnel terminates employment, Contractor shall provide the City with as much
advance written notice as possible, but not less than sixty (60) days written notice. If a
replacement is required, Contractor shall replace the assigned personnel with an
equally qualified individual within fifteen (15) business days of the date of termination.
The City reserves the right to reasonably object to any replacement personnel, and
require Contractor to provide a suitably qualified candidate for the position, as
determined by the City.
