Desci7ption of the Proposed Change&Clarifications
Pricing for the following
(1)The existing ductbanks that were located inside the new Chlorine building footprint(RFI 05-FO#01) had
to be relocated in order to construct the new building. The existing ductbanks had to have the existing
circuits traced and verified, tag out the existing circuits, then the ductbanks demod and hauled offsite
Four new ductbank runs need to be installed in order to return the functionality of the system. The dirt
spoils will be trucked offsite,concrete ductbanks installed, new wire pulled, new wire terminated and
tested. Existing ductbank demo priced for demo within the new Chlorine and scrubber area.
(A) Install new ductbanks and wire pulling duration =21 days
(B) Existing ductbanks discovered as part of RFI 5 (12/06/18). Existing ductbanks removed 02/14/19
