Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Fort Worth and Nu,Inc.,D/B/A Nu-
Design Contract No. CSC No. 51240 (the"Contract")
Renewal Term No.#1: October 1,2019 through September 30,2020
The above referenced Contract expired on October 1, 2019. Since then, the City and Nu Design have continued to
operate under the terms and conditions of the Contract. Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the sole
option of the City. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew CSC No. 51240 for
an additional one-year period, which will end on September 30, 2020. All other terms and conditions of CSC
No. 51240 remain unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgment letter, along with a copy of your
current insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Notice of Contract
Renewal.
