SUBJECT: REQUEST TO FILE RENEWAL MISSING TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 46908
BACKGROUND
The City Secretary's Office received Renewal No. 4 to City Secretary Contract No. 46908. During
routine research before filing, it was discovered that Renewal No. 2 and 3 was never filed with the
City Secretary's Office. Administrative Assistant contacted the Property Management Department
to get a copy of Renewal No. 2 and 3 but was informed the Renewals were never routed to our office.
They did turn in a Renewal No. 3 and it mentions that Renewal No. 2 was exercised. Therefore, it is
requested that this memo be made the original for Renewal No. 2 in order to facilitate the processing
of subsequent Renewals. Correspondence related to the location of the original and the request for
filing has been included in the contract file.
AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTRACT NUMBER
Per the direction of Mary Kayser, City Secretary, the City Secretary's Office has been requested to
issue a contract number, and place in the City of Fort Worth's official contract files the Renewal No.
2.
This request has been approved.
