Dear Mr. Giron:
This letter shall serve as notice that the City of Fort Worth and the Artes De La Rosa would
like to exercise the third option to renew the lease for the Rose Marine Theater,Annex
Building and the real property located at 1440 and 1444 North Main, Fort Worth,Texas
76164 effective August 1, 2019 to July 31, 2020.
All parties agree that the second lease renewal, effective August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2019,
was exercised.
Please have this notice signed by the appropriate party and return via email to
mark.brown@fortworthtexas.gov. for execution and the assignment of a contract number
in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will be returned to
you for your files.
In addition, per section 1.3 of the Lease Agreement, please send the following with the
signed renewal notice:
• A report outlining the use of and services provided by the Lessee under the terms of
the lease.
• Annual financial statement for the prior calendar year including IRS form 990.
