Dear Mr. Giron:
This letter shall serve as notice the City of Fort Worth and Artes De La Rosa would like to
exercise the fourth option to renew the lease for the Rose Marine Theater, Annex Building
and the real property located at 14.4.0 and 144.4. North Main, Fort Worth, Texas 76164
effective August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021.
This letter also serves as confirmation the City of Dort Worth Property Management
Department has received from Artes De La Rosa the following items required for this lease
renewal, per section 1.3 of the Lease Agreement:
• A report outlining the use of and services provided by the Lessee under the terms of
the lease,
• Annual financial statement- for the prior calendar year including IRS form 990.
Please have this notice signed by the appropriate party and return via email to
mark.brown fortworthtexas.go_v. for execution and the assignment of contact number
in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will be returned to
You for your files.
