Contract No. CSC No..43337.(the "Contract") - -
Since 2012, the City and Vend Pro have operated under the terms of Contract No.CSC No.
43337. Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the right to terminate the Contract by written notice
sent by certified or registered mail specifying a termination date no less than 30 days after receipt.
This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Contract effective
May 31, 2020. Please make arrangement to remove Vend Pro's vending machines from the
buildings on the attached list beginning May 15, 2020. We kindly expect all your machines to be
removed by May 31, 2020. We will let you know of any changes in the schedule.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the Contract.
