AGREEMENT TERMINATING LEASE
FORT WORTH MEACHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
SUITE L26
This AGREEMENT TERMINATING LEASE ("Agreement") is made and
entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("Lessor"), a home rule
municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and
through Fernando Costa, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and THE BREIT
GROUP, LLC. ("Lessee"), acting by and through NIC O'DONOVAN, its duly
authorized MANAGER.
RECITALS
The following introductory provisions are true and correct and form the basis of
this Agreement:
A. Lessor previously entered into an Administration Building Office month-
to-month lease agreement at Meacham International Airport (the
"Airport") styled as City Secretary Contract No. 53269 ("Lease").
B. The Lessee contacted Lessor on May 1, 2020 date indicating it was the
Lessee's intent to terminate the Lease.
AGREEMENT
1. TERMINATION OF LEASE.
The Lease is hereby terminated effective as of May 31, 2020 ("Effective
Date"), which is thirty days from the date in which Lessee provided
written notice to Lessor of it's intent terminate in accordance with Section
2, "Term" of the Lease. However, such termination shall not constitute (i)
a release by one party or any liability accruing or obligation to indemnify
under the Lease or (ii) a waiver of one party to enforce any unperformed
duties or obligations of the other under the Lease.

2. SURRENDER OR PREMISES.
No later than 10:00 AM of the Effective Date (unless otherwise agreed
between Lessee and New Lessee), Lessee shall vacate the leased premises
and deliver all keys to Aviation Department at Suite 330.
3. NOTICES TO LESSEE AFTER EFFECTIVE DATE.
All notices to Lessee after the Effective Date shall be addressed as
follows:
