CORRECTION TO OIL AND GAS LEASE
(As to Land Description)

Lessee: XTO Energy, Inc., 810 Houston Street, Ft. Worth, Texas 76102
Effective Date: December 5, 2008
Lessee, named above, is the present owner of the oil and gas lease (the "Lease")
dated December 5, 2008 by Lessor, named above, in favor of Lessee, named above,
recorded under Document #D208462852 of the Official Public Records of the county and
state named above. Since the execution and recording of the Lease, it has been
discovered that the description of the lands contained in the Lease is not accurate in fully
describing the lands intended to be covered by the Lease. Lessor and Lessee desire to
correct the land description in the Lease to accurately identify the lands covered by the
Lease.
For adequate consideration, Lessor and Lessee acknowledge and agree that the
description of the lands covered by and subject to the Lease is corrected so that the Lease
covers the following lands located in the county and state named above (the "Corrected
Lands"):
Tract One: 7.8323 acres, more or less, being all of Mai7ne Creek Park, an Addition to
the City of Fort Worth, according to plat recorded as Volume A, Pages
2938-2939, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Tract Two: 14.09548 acres, more or less, being lots 9,10,11,12, in Block 30, Lots 1, 2,
3, 4, 5, 6, 79 89 99 10, 11, 129 13, 149 155 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 in Block 31,
Lots 1, 29 41 55 6, 18, 1% 209 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Block 32, all Lots in
Block 33, all Lots in Block 34, all Lots in Block 42, and all lots in Block
43 of the Oak Grove Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas, thereof recorded in Volume 309 Page 59 of the
Plat records, Tarrant County, Texas.
Tract Three: 2.5288 acres, more or less, being all Lots in Block 151, all Lots in Block
154 and Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 in Block 153, of the M. G. Ellis Addition,
an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, thereof
recorded in Volume 63, Page 19 of the Plat Records, Tarrant County,
Texas.
In conjunction with this correction of the land description, Lessor ratifies, adopts,
and confirms the Lease, as corrected, and grants, leases, and lets to Lessee and Lessee's
successors and assigns the Corrected Lands for the purposes of and on the terms,
conditions, and provisions contained in the Lease. o OFFICIAL RECORD

This correction to the Lease shall be binding for all purposes on Lessor and
Lessee and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
This Correction to Oil and Gas Lease is signed by Lessor and Lessee as of the
date of the acknowledgments below, but is effective for all purposes as of the Effective
Date stated above.
