WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and GRW Engineers, Inc. (Architect) made and entered into City
Secretary Contract No. 42255 (The Contract) which was duly authorized by Mayor & Council approval by
M&C G-17369, the 23`d day of August, 2011; and Amendment No.1 without incurring cost was
administratively executed to revise Section V, Compensation to Architect to clarify this section of the
referenced contract with Architect; and Amendment No.2 was administratively executed in the amount of
$1,760.00 for additional design service for the fuel storage tank system foundation design; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary for additional design services to provide landscaping and
irrigation design services; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I —SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Provide design services to include landscape planting and irrigation plans. The cost of this
Additional Service is $5,527.00 plus up to $350.00 in reimbursable expenses. The Additional
Services is described more fully in the Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. letter dated
September 26, 2013 subject: Fort Worth Police Department Aviation Division Facility, which is
attached hereto as Attachment "A" and made a part of this Agreement."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V -COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in
CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$297,310.00 plus up to $2,460.00 in reimbursable expenses."

All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

As you requested, SRA will provide professional design services for the following items:
1. Irrigation Plan limited to area around the new improvements); and
2. Landscape Planting Plan (limited to area around the new improvements). (City of Fort
Worth landscape ordinance requirements will be incorporated into the plan.)
Tasks and the hourly breakdown to complete the scope listed above includes:

Compensation for the proposed services shall be a lump sum amount of $5,527.00.
Construction Administration phase services shall be provided as requested / needed on an hourly
labor charge basis of 97.00 per hour.
Printing, travel expenses and travel time related to the project shall be reimbursable. Reimbursable
expenses shall not exceed $350.00
