AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL COLLECTION SERVICES
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NUMBER 39231 ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF
FORT WORTH, a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"),
acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and LINEBARGER
GOGGAN BLAIR & SAMPSON, L.L.P., a Texas limited liability partnership and law
firm ("Contractor"), acting by and through its duly authorized Managing Partner.
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2009, City and Contractor entered in to an Agreement
for Professional Collection Services, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
Number 39231 ("Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract provides for aone-year primary term and two, one-
year renewal options; and
WHEREAS, the primary term ends July 31, 2010; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew and extend said Contract for the first one-
year renewal period under the same terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Contract as
follows:

All terms and provisions of Fort Worth City
between City and Contractor shall remain
specifically amended herein.

The first renewal term of this Contract shall be for a period of one (1) year,
beginning August 1, 2010 and ending July 31, 2011.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Renewal of City
