Re: Budget Revision of HPRP Contract ("Contract") between the City of Fort Worth ("City")
and SafeHaven of Tarrant County ("SafeHaven") (City Secretary Contract Nos. 39247 and
39247-A1)
Dear Ms. Hafley:
This letter is to confirm the revised Contract Budget line items. As outlined in Section
2(c) of the Contract, SafeHaven may increase or decrease line item amounts in the Budget,
subject to written approval by the Director of the Housing and Economic Development
Department,
The Budget shown on Exhibit D of the Contract is hereby replaced by the Budget
attached to this letter, and the revised Budget deemed effective as of September 30, 2009.
