HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 39619-A5 (2)ADDENDA TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.39619 On August 26, 2009, the City of Fort Worth (ty") and John Dennis ("Conservator") entered into City Secretary Contract No. 39619 ("Contract"). The City has designated the Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, Inc. as its Contract Manager to manage this agreement on its behalf. SERVICES 1.1 Conservator covenants and agrees to fully provide, or cause to be provided, with good faith and due diligence, general maintenance and conservation services ("Services") at the direction of the Contract Manager and in accordance with annual addenda corresponding to the FWPA workplan which shall be executed to this agreement and incorporated herein for all purposes. 1.2 Services are to be performed in compliance with the AIC Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Practice. 1.3 Existing conditions hidden or concealed and not available for reasonable visual observation discovered during Services will be reported promptly to Manager prior to commencing further Services. 1.4 Conservator shall promptly repair, to a condition reasonably acceptable to the Manager and the City, any damage caused to city property by Conservator or its employees, agents or subcontractors.
