KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, a certain Oil and Gas Lease dated October 30, 2009 was executed by and between City of
Fort Worth, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, as Lessor, and Four Sevens
Energy Co., LLC, as Lessee; the Oil and Gas Lease and/or Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease
being recorded in Instrument No. D209307743 of the official public records of TARRANT County,
Texas, ("the Lease"), covering the following described lands:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the parties hereto, that any and all lands covered under said lease are
subject to the terms of this agreement, whether or not specifically described herein; and
WHEREAS, the Lease may have expired pursuant to its terms and prior to any such expiration of said
Lease, the working interest thereunto was owned of record by Chesapeake Exploration, LLC (a/k/a
Chesapeake Exploration Limited Partnership) and Total E&P USA, Inc., and their assigns, and it is
now the desire of Lessor to adopt, ratify, revive, confirm and extend said Lease; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to re -instate that certain lease described in Oil and Gas Lease
filed of record on November 23, 2009, in instrument number D209307743, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, said lease being subsequently released in that certain Release of Oil and Gas Lease filed
of record on August 13, 2014, in instrument number D214174625, and October 20, 2014, in instrument
number D214229622, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in hand paid to the undersigned by
Chesapeake Exploration, LLC (a/k/a Chesapeake Exploration Limited Partnership) and TOTAL E&P
USA., INC. the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged; the undersigned do hereby
amend the Lease to allow and provide for an extension of the Lease for an additional term, ending on
October 30, 2016 and for as long thereafter as oil or gas, or either of them, is produced from said land
or lands pooled therewith and as long thereafter as producing and the undersigned does hereby
specifically adopt, ratify, revive, confirm and extend said lease in all of its terms and provisions and do
hereby demise, lease and let said premises unto Chesapeake Exploration, LLC (a/k/a Chesapeake
Exploration Limited Partnership) and TOTAL E&P USA, Inc. its successors and assigns, subject
to and in accordance herewith, and do hereby declare and agree that the said Lease in all of its
provisions is binding, and that the same is a valid and subsisting Oil and Gas Lease.
FURTHER, the provisions hereof shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their respective heirs, legatees,
devisees, personal representatives, successors and assigns.

Jescribed as.
A portion of Lot 37 Block V. Sunset Acres Addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County, Texas as shown by a plat of record in Vol. 388-3, Page 136 of the
Plat Records of said Tarrant County and being a portion of said Lot 3 conveyed to
Tarrant County Water Control and Improvement District Number One by a deed of
record in Vol. 4028, Page 353 of said Deed Records and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron set at the northwest corner of said Lot 3 in the east right-of-
way line of Oak Forest Drive;
Thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes East, along the north line of said Lot 3, a
distance of 125-5/1 0 feet to an iron set in said north line of said Lot 3;
