Request Description
The original SOW had as its purpose for a Future Com engineer to help decrease the
logging to Blue Coat Reporter via configuration, knowledge transfer of report configuration,
and best practices recommendations. Blue Coat Director was also to be implemented and
configured.
Since the original SOW was submitted, two of the Blue Coat devices have been replaced
due to hardware failure.
Justification
Due to hardware failure of the existing proxies, new hardware has been purchased and
three additional days of professional services added to the scope of the engagement for the
purpose of installation and configuration of the replacement hardware. The Blue Coat
Director portion of the SOW will be performed at the beginning of the implementation to
simplify the deployment process.
