A LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND THE TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE DISTRICT
This THIRD AND FINAL RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT
NO. 40558 ("Third Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF
FORT WORTH, a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas (hereinafter
referred to as "City"), acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
'TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of
Texas (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee"), acting by and through its duly authorized
Tice Chancellor.
WHEREAS, the City and Licensee agree that providing adult education classes to
members of the public at City Community Centers benefits the citizens of Fort Worth; and
WHEREAS, the City and Licensee are currently parties to a License Agreement that
provides Licensee with use of designated space at Highland Hills and Southwest Community
Centers to offer adult education classes, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract
No. 40558 (the "Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract provides for an initial one-year term with three one-year
renewal options; and
WHEREAS, Licensee and the City have executed the First Renewal option, which
expired on August 31, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Licensee and the City have executed the Second Renewal option, which
expired on August 31, 2013; and

aWHEREAS, the parties wish to continue operating under the terms and conditions
mof the Contract by exercising the third and final renewal option.

I.
The City and Licensee hereby agree to renew and extend Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 40558 for a third and final one-year renewal period, effective beginning
on the 151 day September 2013 and ending on the last day of August 2014 ("Third
Renewal Term").
II.
All terms in this enthat are capitalized, but not defined, shall have the
meanings assigned to them in the agreement.
All terms and conditions of the Contract shall remain in full force and effect during
the Third Renewal Term unless specifically amended herein.
