CMR#2— Recreate GWCP to match updated incoming power feed for existing enclosures,New submittal/drawings&update 0&M
CMR#3—Addition of Gutters and Downspouts at PEPS1 and PEPS2 canopies
CMR#4—Material required to perform cable splices
CMR#5— Changes toPEPS1 canopy
CMR#6— Change in Genius Block Interconnection cable for plants network compatibility,

Subject: Letter of Delays
Farida,we are requesting the date for substantial completion be adjusted 302 days. The
additional days requested are based on the following list of work and environmental items that
have caused delays in the project schedule.
New substantial completion date: June 15, 2020.
Delay
1. Modifications to PS3 &PS4 platforms sub-grade
2. Installation of EMH-095.
3. Demolition of the plant's existing emergency feeder
4. Installation associated with pump 22 repairs.
5. Installation associated with pump 23 repairs.
6. PEPS2 canopy gutter additions.
7. PEPS 1 canopy structural modifications and gutter additions.
8. Rain days
9. Work adjustments due to recent Covid-19 pandemic.
