Re: First lease renewal for the leased premises at 201,203,205,209,217,221,303 Arthur and
128,220 Commercial and 1901 Kansas, Fort Worth,Texas 76107. (City Secretary Contract#
49832).
Dear Mr.Christian:
Per Section 2, B. of the lease agreement (CSC# 49832) between the City of Fort Worth and
the Tarrant Regional Water District, please accept this letter as written notice the City of Fort
Worth would like to exercise the first one year lease renewal option for the leased premises
at 201, 203, 205, 209, 217, 221, 303 Arthur and 128, 220 Commercial, and 1901 Kansas, Fort
Worth, Texas 76107 being used by the Fort Worth Park and Recreation Department. The
first renewal period will be effective September 1, 2020 and expire on August 31, 2021,
subject to all remaining renewal terms and other terms of the Lease.
Please have this renewal notice signed by the appropriate party and return via email to
Mark.BrownPFortWorthTexas.gov for execution and the assignment of a contract number
in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will be returned to
you for your files.
