This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right, pursuant to section 5.0 of
the Contract (also referred to as a Stop Work Order in the Contract), to stop work and terminate
the Contract immediately upon the end of the ninety (90) day termination notice period. Please
return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below, acknowledging
receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment
does not affect the termination of the Contract.
