Contract No. CSC No. 53704 (the "Contract")
Renewal Term No. 2: June 1,2020 to June 30, 2020
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expired on May 30, 2020 (the
"Expiration Date"). Since the expiration of the Contract, the parties have continued to operate
under the terms and conditions of the Contract is if it were in full force and effect. Pursuant to the
Contract, contract renewals are at the mutual written consent of the parties and the parties now
wish to renew the Contract for a second renewal term. This letter is to serve as the mutual written
consent of the parties' agreement to renew the Contract for an additional 30-day period,which is
to be effective June 1, 2020.All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. To
accept, please return this signed contract renewal notice to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt and acceptance of the Contract Renewal Notice.
