NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR SOLID WASTE PROJECT
Major Change 01
In accordance with Attachment E, Article 17 (1), the purpose of this Major Change is to
acknowledge and approve a request by North Central Texas Council of Governments
(NCTCOG) to increase the budget amount of the City of Fort Worth FY2013 Solid Waste
Implementation Project #13-04-G07 (Grant Agreement) from $93,470 to $114,254.24
NCTCOG had some late developments in the second call for projects where some of the grant
recipients opted to not accept grant funds. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
confirmed that NCTCOG can extend grant reimbursements to cover eligible in -kind expenditures
that were identified in the Interlocal Agreement and Implementation Project Summary.
Therefore, NCTCOG is able to reallocate some of those funds to the City of Fort Worth Solid
Waste Implementation Project # 13-04-G-07 and is increasing the grant in the amount of
$20,784.24 for reimbursement of the City's in -kind match.
The term of the Grant Agreement is extended from June 28, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
NCTCOG staff will continue to provide technical assistance as you complete the necessary work
on this project as deemed appropriate. All other terms and conditions of the Interlocal
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
