AMENDMENT No. 1
TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT

WHEREAS, the City of Fort worth (CITY) and MB Americas,
Inc. (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No.
42166, (CONTRACT) which was authorized by MAC C2500G on the 2nd day
of August, 2011 in the amount of $159,793.00; and
W:IKEI11 INAS, the CONTRACT Involves engineering services for the
following project:
Water and Sanitary Sewer Replacement Contract 2009, WSM-J;
and
WWII E REAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to
Lthe CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fen.
NOW TIC RE1PORTL, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through
their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following
agroement, which amends the CONTRACT:
1.
Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the
additional engineering services specified in a proposal dated
December 6, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be
performed by Engineer totals $28, 328. 00 .
2.
Article TT of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an
increase in the fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services
performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid
by the City for all work and services shall be an amount of
$188,121.00.

Amendment #1
Dear Mr. Sauceda:
MWH Americas is pleased to have the opportunity to provide additional Professional
Engineering Services for the above referenced project. These additional services are required
due to updates to the water and sewer plans and specifications, as well as additional services
during construction as discussed on September 25, 2013. This Engineering Services Contract
Amendment includes a detailed scope of additional services for the lump sum total of $28,328.00
This Amendment consisting of the attached scope of work, is in addition to any previously
authorized scope from the original agreement, and is subject to the same terms and conditions of
the original agreement except where modified under this amendment.
