'1 11----CD I e \ City Secretary Contract No. 43551 A-1 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 43551 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc., ("Consultant") a Florida corporation, collectively referred to as the "parties," made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 43551 on or about August 30, 2012 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement involves the procurement of equipment and the implementing of segmentation in the Water Department's technology network for Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance; and WHEREAS, the parties now wish to amend the Agreement to install hardware and provide implementation services for an EMC RSA two factor authentication solution; NOW THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. Exhibit A to the Agreement, the Presidio Professional Services Proposal, shall be amended to add implementation services for an EMC RSA two factor authentication solution, as set forth in the Proposal which is attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, and incorporated into the Agreement for all purposes. 2. Exhibit B to the Agreement, Pricing, shall be amended to add pricing for Authentication Manager Base (10), 12 month Mnt Auth Mgr Base (10), l 0pk RSA SID 700 3 year token (1), 3 year SecurlD Software Token (10), RSA SecurlD Authenticator (10), as set forth in the quote attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, and incorporated in • the =Ag a =? ent for all purposes. at �ICIAL Amendment . Requirements City of Fort Worth has requested Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc. (Presidio), provide implementation services for an EMC RSA Two factor authentication solution. 2. Scope of Work & Requirements Presidio will provide a support engineer to install the EMC RSA solution. Presidio will provide a senior network engineer to assist the Fort Worth Water Department with deploying a RSA two factor authentication solution to integrate with their existing Juniper SSL VPN appliance. The following is list of actions that will be included as a part of this implementation: - Install the RSA Authentication Manager software on a physical server or VM that meets RSA Authentication Manager specs - Define users in Authentication Manager and tie to appropriate tokens - Add the Juniper SA as an Agent Host in the RSA Authentication Manager's database and create sdconf.rec file - Add RSA authentication manager server to the Juniper SA configuration and import the sdconf.rec file - Bind the RSA Authentication server to either an existing Juniper SA authentication realm or define a new authentication realm - Configure role mapping rules on the Juniper SA for users that require 2 factor authentication - Test 2 factor authentication using both soft tokens and hardware tokens 3. Assumptions Presidio will perform the following as directed by City of Fort Worth: • Provide local engineer to perform on a T & M basis as described in this proposal. • City of Forth Worth is responsible for providing access to all required closets, areas, and rooms while Presidio technician is on site. • City of Forth Worth is responsible for all permits, licenses, clearances, and/or right-of-ways. 3. Acceptance Criteria City of Forth Worth agrees that services are deemed accepted as performed. This is an estimate only. Actual hours will be billed. Hourly work in addition to the minimums will be billed in 1 hour blocks of time. Professional Services Coordination All engagements require the scheduling and coordination of engineering resources. Coordination time is billed in 1 hour increments with a minimum of 1 hour billable time. After -Hours Rate Any work performed outside of normal business hours (8:OOAM — 5:OOPM, Monday — Friday) will be billed at 15 times the standard rate. Expenses Any travel and incidental expenses incurred by Presidio in association with the execution of this Proposal are included in the pricing listed above.
