valve and PVR that was required.Additionally,there was$172.00 of the Owners Contingency Allowance that was not expended.The total
of Change Orders#1($34,137.31)and#2($12674.00)results in an increase to the original contract($2,146,976.00)for a final contract
amount of$2,193,787.31.An increase in the original contract amount by 2.18%.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor consitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents
payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incindental to the above Change Order.
